Garlic-Sage Steak Topping by The Spruce Eats

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sage leaves, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
SERVES 8; 2 HOUR 10 MINUTES
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using a hand mixer or a wooden spoon, combine the ingredients until they are evenly incorporated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place bowl in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours, or until butter has firmed up.
- To serve, dollop a heaping spoonful onto cooked steak.
