Lamb Loin Chops - Imported

Lamb loin chops are a cut from the loin of a lamb cut between the rib and the leg. They are a tender cut that almost resemble a beef porterhouse that contains a T-shaped bone that separates the loin muscle from the tenderloin, usually cut 1.5 inch thick.  They are great for grilling, pan searing or broiling.  Imported meaning that it is grown and harvested in New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or certain regions in Europe.
