Here is our fresh, quality Tomahawk Steak, fit to feed a feast. Each steak is cut to be a little over 2.5 lbs. Similar to a Cowboy steak, this is rib meat, with the bone "frenched". But unlike a Cowboy steak, the bone is left longer here for a more stunning presentation.
